This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Lake County

Medium plus in body with medium acidity

Dry on the palate with nice complexity

Showing black fruits with wood, vanilla, earth, spices, leather, tobacco, vegetables, herbs, dark coffee and black pepper

Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle. Feels like a Napa Cabernet

Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years

I paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses

14.3% alcohol by volume

91 points

Lake County has been a treasure trove as of late. Thanks for sharing your notes about this one; I'll have to add it to my list of bottles to seek out

Mitch is a biodynamic wine maker! You should look for his port style wine called Latigo. It's life changing!
I also enjoyed this , was glad I bought 3 bottles when it was on sale . Gave one as a gift and will probably let the other one rest a bit . Great notes !
Love seeing Lake County get featured, so underrated and can find terrific quality for the price.
