Made sauce with gojuchang paste, garlic, older kimchee, ginger, fish sauce, soy, green onion, gochugaru flakes, Kampot peppercorn and some oyster sauce. Marinated turkey in soy, cooking wine and gojuchang then grilled it. Turkey is hiding under veggies. :-)
