I just want to make sure I'm doing this with the right form. Are there any videos that show the proper form? Ball of foot or heel strike, bend of knee size of step
I think I'd go with whatever is comfortable here. Usually backwards walking is an early step for this kind of rehab. It will probably force you to strike with the front of your foot.
Definitely strike with the toe/ball of foot. Ben says that priority #1 is to do it with no pain but after that the important thing is for yourto go over your toes so hopefully that can give some guidance on the bend of knee/size of step
