Running outside vs Treadmillâ¦Iâm a runner and when I run outside my watch calculates my miles properly. When I run on the treadmill it always underestimates the miles/speed. Iâve done the recalibration, reset my watch, done everything. Even when I walk on the treadmill itâs pretty accurate. Help?
