= These markingson the wall at my workplace. They are not cracks, more like someone drew them with a pencil (this spot is at a height of about 2-3 metres). If you paint over it, it'll come through again after some time. You can find them in many places all over the building =

And you’re sure they’re not cracks? Because that’s the only thing they could be
Op got ratiod
Quick check for if they are a crack or not. I’m surprised no one’s mentioned it yet. Figure out a way to step on them, and when you do, check and see if you broke your mommas back in doing so? ;)
Im pretty sure these are cracks. maybe not wall cracks, but paint or plasterings or something
Do a mold test immediately

Most mold is unmistakable, but sometimes small or largely hidden growths just make a surface look. A quick test for mold can be done when you dip a swab in diluted bleach (1 part bleach, 16 parts water) and dab it on the wall. If the spot quickly lightens (or keeps coming back after cleaning), assume it's mold

Follow up with an actual mold test and get a professional over asap

Don't want towith mold, it can make youor worse

If not a crack and it's coloration bleeding through, you got black mold most likely. The property owner I worked for a long time ago doing property maintenance had us remove as much original paint as possible, go through a LONG process of antimicrobial soaking(shockwave) before repainting every surface with antimicrobial paint(aftershock) to get it back to code and I personally still didn't feel good about it. It takes a special kind ofno for a mold toon and penetrate through multiple layers of cinder block AND paint

I’m gonna have a tough time sleeping later after looking at something this terrifying
100% hairline cracks. Mould or mildew willin there and make them visible. So don’t panic, your office is not a literal portal tohaha
I am still not sure if I prefer the mold or the portal to another dimension lol
It’s near a gateway to the upside-down! You need to find a littlecut girl with superpowers or you’re fed!
Ahyou might be onto something the lights do be flickering sometimes
Very likely the rendering is cracking. Possibly got the MPA wrong. Construction worker here and it's quite common when doing residential remedial works. Nothing a jackhammer and a fresh coat can't fix.
