I'm having issues with viewing across devices. I save the file on the main PC, but when I access it on another PC, the file does not appear. I have to go to the main PC, cut the file, paste it on the desktop and copy it to the drive, and only then will it appear on other devices. It bothers me. This is constant around here. I had issues with customers

Regrettably, I organized everything correctly (since they don't carry entire folders, just files) only to have a month later all my files disappeared, simply a clean account, 7gb. I didn't lose the files because I still have them on my device, but I don't trust them anymore. I do not recommend. In addition, the upload through the app is extremely slow and problematic, the PC on the website is much faster

The email listed here to contact the developer is Fake. He only repeats to navigate the support, which rarely has the answer to our doubts. Currently the filter of values in a certain column has stopped working. There is no answer to this anywhere. Careful! Do not install their PC backup and synchronization program, otherwise you will lose files even after weeks ofwaiting for the task to complete, until you give up. I will never use BkUp again
