Well a former president has no executive privilege. But id expect that would be the filling

Court will side with the host, pay up or go offline

Yeah, Trump can’t use executive privilege for that, but it probably gets thrown out or settled out of court where Trump (or his mags fans) pays the money they owe for the bills, because this won’t go anywhere
